Due to high demand, we will be running the Unity Game Design Workshop again on April 16th, 2011.
Saturday April 16th we will be rerunning the game design workshop at 10am in TC Rm225a. Using the Unity game development tool, participants will learn about game design and be able to build a first-person shooter. Unity allows users to bypass the more technical aspects of creating a game, and focus on the game design itself.
The workshop will be taught by Dwight House, LSU Shreveport alumnus and graduate of the DigiPen Institute of Technology. The cost for the workshop is $12 for middle and high school students, LSUS students, faculty and staff, and $16 for the general public.
Please note this will be the same material covered in February’s game design workshop.
Seating is limited to 20 people so be sure to register early.
